Kjempebygget ble Sørlandets første J.B. Ugland Eiendomsutvikling, BRG Utvikling og Daland Eiendom har fått BREEAM-NOR Excellent-sertifisering for sitt 26.000 kvadratmeter storbygg i Kristiansand sentrum.
